Pineapple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (2 1/2 c.)
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
8-inch pie crust
Preparation

Combine pineapple, cornstarch, sugar and salt.
Cook until thick and clear, stirring constantly.
Add butter and lemon juice; pour into pie crust.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
