Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. butter, cut into pieces
    2 c. Stove Top chicken or cornbread stuffing mix
    3/4 c. mild salsa, divided
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. (2 oz.) Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix water and butter in an 8 x 12-inch baking dish until butter is melted.
    Stir in stuffing mix and 1/4 cup salsa. Arrange chicken over stuffing.
    Pour remaining salsa over chicken. Cover dish with foil; bake for 30 minutes, or until chicken is done.
    Remove foil.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake for 5 minutes, until cheese is melted.
    Serves 4.
