Scallop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. scallops
1/2 c. corn flakes
butter
1 c. light cream
salt and pepper
1/4 c. cooking sherry
Preparation

Fill a buttered casserole dish with alternate layers of scallops and cornflakes.
Dot top layer of cornflakes with butter. Season cream with salt, pepper and sherry.
Pour slowly over scallops and cornflakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves 4.
