Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 level tsp. soda
    1 level tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 level tsp. cloves
    1/2 level tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 level tsp. allspice
    2 eggs
    2 c. unsweetened applesauce
    3/4 c. cooking oil
    1 c. seedless raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Reserve 1/4 cup flour to dredge walnuts and raisins.
    Sift all dry ingredients into large bowl.
    Make a well in sifted dry ingredients.
    Add applesauce, oil and eggs; mix.
    Dredge raisins and walnuts with 1/4 cup flour.
    Add to cake mixture.
    Bake in well-greased and floured angel food cake pan at 325\u00b0 for first 20 minutes and at 350\u00b0 the last 40 minutes.
    Let cool in pan before removing.
