Cottage Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
Preparation

Cream sugar, butter and eggs until fluffy.
Sift flour and baking powder together and add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Pour into greased square baking pan.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes or until done.
Serve cake squares with warm sauce spooned on top.
