Bierocks(German Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    Cheddar or Swiss cheese, shredded (optional)
    refrigerated crescent rolls or Frozen Dinner Rolls (see recipe in Breads)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger and onion.
    Add all other ingredients, except cheese, and cook until cabbage is done.
    Separate crescent rolls into 4 rectangles and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
    Press middle perforation together.
    Spoon 1/2 c. meat mixture onto one half of each rectangle.
    Add cheese (optional).
    Fold dough in half, covering the filling, and seal the side.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 18 minutes.
