Sour Creamed Green Beans(Serves 4 To 6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, sliced thin
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. green beans, thawed and drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup margarine.
    Combine sauteed onion, green beans, sour cream, flour, salt and pepper; mix lightly. Pour into greased, 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Top with bread crumbs, tossed with 1/4 cup melted margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
