Raisin Egg Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 recipe pie pastry
Preparation
    Beat egg with rotary beater until fluffy. Add other ingredients, beating meanwhile.
    Pour over raisins, sprinkled in the bottom of tart pastry in tart pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until tops are firm and tan in color.
    Makes about 1 dozen tarts.
