Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. dry milk
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 c. chicken stock
    2 c. cooked chicken
    2 c. chow mein noodles
    1/4 c. sliced mushrooms
    2 Tbsp. dry milk
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare chicken base in saucepan. Melt butter and saute onion and pepper.
    Mix dry ingredients and stir into vegetables. Gradually add stock, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add chicken. Add noodles and mushrooms.
    Turn into buttered 3 to 4 cup casserole.
    Mix dry milk and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Drizzle 3 tablespoons melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
