Ingredients

1 3/4 c. milk
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 to 6 Tbsp. sugar
1 jar Swedish lingonberries
3 eggs
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Combine in blender the eggs, vanilla extract and milk.
Add flour, salt, sugar, oil and cinnamon (optional).
Blend until smooth.
Ladle mixture onto a lightly greased skillet.
Size of the pancakes should be 2 1/2-inches in diameter and have the looks of a miniature crepe.
