Pork Chops Mexicana - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 rib or loin chops (3/4-inch thick)
1 tsp. beef or chicken bouillon
1 c. long grain rice
1/2 to 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix to taste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 3/4 c. water
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 green pepper, cut into rings
Preparation

Brown chops under broiler.
Arrange in bottom of pan in single layer.
Sprinkle bouillon and rice around chops.
Combine taco mix, tomato sauce and water. Pour over chops.
Cover tightly and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and arrange green pepper rings on top.
Cover with cheese. Replace cover and return to oven for 15 minutes.
