Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
1 lb. zucchini, grated (about 2 1/2 c.)
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 egg, lightly beaten
2 tsp. finely chopped onion
1 small clove garlic, minced
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and butter, reserve 1/4 cup of the cracker mixture for topping.
In medium bowl, stir together remaining cracker mixture, zucchini, cheese, egg, onion and garlic.
Place zucchini mixture in 8-inch square baking pan.
Sprinkle with reserved cracker mixture.
Bake 1 hour.
Preparation:
10 minutes.
Total time:
1 hour and 10 minutes.
