Red Velvet Cake Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cook milk, flour and salt until thick, stirring constantly. Let cool.
(Be sure to cover, so it doesn't form a film on top.) Cream shortening and sugar very well.
Add vanilla.
Combine with the first mixture; beat until fluffy.
Spread on cake.
