Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts, halved, skinned and boned
    bread crumbs, seasoned to taste with garlic powder (to coat chicken)
    1 egg
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. white wine
    1 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs and brown.
    Place in baking dish.
    Add lemon juice, wine, broth and oregano to pan used to brown chicken.
    Simmer, loosening bits stuck to pan, for 5 minutes.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    (Can be assembled early in the day and then baked immediately prior to serving.)
    Serves 6 to 8.
