Mock Cornish Hen - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (2.5 oz.) pkg. sliced, dried beef
10 chicken breasts, deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with dried beef.
Wrap each chicken breast with slice of beef and place in casserole dish. Mix together soups in a small bowl and pour over chicken.
Bake in a preheated 225\u00b0 oven for 4 to 5 hours, watching last hour to prevent overcooking.
Yields 10 servings.
Preparation time is 5 hours.
