Pork Chops And Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (1/2 inch thick)
    Kitchen Bouquet
    3 c. herb seasoned croutons
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. melted margarine
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Brush both sides of chops with Kitchen Bouquet; set aside. Combine croutons, onion, butter and egg mixed with 1/4 cup water. Spread in bottom of 8 x 12-inch glass baking dish.
    Place chops on dressing.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Yields 4 servings.
