Southern Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    1 1/2 c. grits
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Bring water to a boil in a large pan.
    Add salt, margarine, grits, eggs, Tabasco sauce and cheese.
    Stir well.
    Bake in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Sprinkle on paprika before baking.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
