Baked Salad Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    red salad potatoes
    melted butter
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Boil red salad potatoes in salted water until almost tender. Cool.
    Peel potatoes.
    Dip in melted butter, then in bread crumbs. Place in shallow baking dish.
    Bake until golden brown, turning once in 350\u00b0 oven.
