Baked Chicken With Potatoes - cooking recipe

4-6 chicken breasts, skin removed
4 large, white potatoes, washed well
1/4 cup Italian dressing
1 small onion, sliced quarter inch thick, broken into rings

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Place chicken breast in 9x13 inch pan, sprayed with Pam.
Slice potatoes 3/8 inch thick and place in pan.
Place sliced onion rings on chicken.
Sprinkle liberally with Tony Chachere's.
Pour Italian dressing over all. Cover with foil and bake at 475 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
