Corn Dogs Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. pancake mix
    1/2 c. corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    10 frankfurters
Preparation
    Combine pancake mix, corn meal and salt; mix well.
    Add milk and mix well.
    Dip each frankfurter in batter; coat well.
    Fry in fat heated to 365\u00b0 until golden brown.
    Turn to brown evenly. Serve immediately.
    If desired, insert popsicle sticks.
    Makes 10.
