English Toffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 lb. butter

Preparation

Put sugar and butter in a heavy pan and cook, stirring until it turns the color of brown paper bag.
Pour on buttered surface and melt chocolate bars on top.
Sprinkle on chopped nuts.
