Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. potatoes, sliced thin
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
milk
2 Tbsp. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation

Put 1/2 of potatoes in greased baking dish.
Combine salt, pepper and flour; sprinkle part of this over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Repeat this procedure.
Measure soup and add enough milk to make 2 cups.
Pour over potatoes.
Cover; bake for 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake until done.
Cheese may be added the last 15 minutes of baking.
