Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. carrots, cooked and mashed
    1 small onion
    1 small green pepper
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 c. cracker crumbs (1/2 for topping and 1/2 in mixture)
    1/2 c. soft butter (a little for topping, remainder for mixture)
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients except for the topping.
    Pour into a casserole dish.
    Add crumbs and butter on top.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes until brown.
    Yield:
    5 servings.
