Quick Cacciatore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar Healthy Choice spaghetti sauce
    1 can Italian tomatoes (chunks or whole)
    garlic powder
    Italian season
    oregano
    onion powder
    1/2 green pepper
    1 can mushrooms (optional)
    Parmesan cheese
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    olive oil
Preparation
    Mix spaghetti sauce and tomatoes in pot adding spices to taste.
    Cut green pepper; add to sauce.
    Add mushrooms.
    Cook on stove until bubbly then reduce to simmer.
    While sauce is simmering, cook chicken in frypan with only 1 to 2 tablespoons oil.
    Using a nonstick pan is best.
    Cook chicken until done, browning on both sides.
    Add chicken to sauce.
    Spoon sauce over your favorite pasta.
    Place chicken on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
