Peachy Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chicken pieces
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. bottled BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 (16 oz.) can peach halves
sliced onion, optional
Preparation

Rub chicken with salt, brush with butter. Place in shallow pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Drain peaches, reserving 1/2 cup syrup. Combine syrup, barbecue sauce, and lemon juice. Pour over chicken. Bake 30 minutes. Arrange onions and peaches around chicken. Baste with sauce. Bake 30 minutes longer or until chicken is done. Good served over white rice.
