Posh Squash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. green bell peppers
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    buttered crumbs
Preparation
    Steam squash until tender; drain thoroughly.
    In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs and add remaining ingredients, except buttered crumbs.
    Mix real well and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 to 30 minutes.
    When it is almost done, cover the mixture with buttered crumbs and let them brown lightly.
