Italian-Style Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium baking potatoes, peeled
1/4 c. olive oil
3 sprigs parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt (optional or to taste)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/8 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. basil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Preparation

Peel potatoes; cut into approximately 1/4-inch thick slices. Mix seasonings and blend into olive oil.
Add potatoes and mix well.
Put potatoes into a greased baking pan.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
