Spinach And Artichoke Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 boxes (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach
    1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of celery soup
    2 slices white bread, soaked in milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and squeezed
    salt
    pepper
    garlic
    Parmesan cheese
    butter
Preparation
    Cook and drain spinach.
    Add soup, bread and egg.
    Season with salt, pepper and garlic to taste.
    Grease large casserole dish and line bottom with artichoke hearts.
    Place layer of spinach mixture on top, then sprinkle with a thick layer of Parmesan cheese. Continue to alternate spinach and cheese layers.
    Sprinkle top with cheese and dot with butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
