Nik'S Guacamole(From Deaf Smith Country Cookbook: Collier Books 1973) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 to 3 avocados, quartered
juice of 1 lemon
1 clove garlic
1/2 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper
1 c. yogurt (homemade, if possible)
1/2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
Chill.
Serve as a salad on lettuce leaves, a dip with corn munchies or a garnish on chili.
Also used in guacamole tacos.
Serves 4 to 6.
