Breakfast Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. frozen, loose-pack hash browns, thawed
    1 c. shredded Cheddar or Velveeta cheese (4 oz.)
    5 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 pkg. crescent rolls
    1/4 c. milk
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook and drain sausage.
    Put the 8 roll wedges in ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
    Press over bottom and up sides to form crust. Seal perforations.
    Put on sausage and potatoes; top with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over all.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
