Oven Smoked Clams - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 to 20 clams (bite size)
1 c. cooking oil
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. Johnny's seafood seasoning
Preparation

Mix and pour over clams in shallow pan.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours if raw and 45 minutes for cooked clams.
Stir frequently.
(I left in oven a little longer after I turned it off and kept stirring.)
