Taco Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can refried beans
1 lb. ground chuck
8 oz. shredded cheese (sharp or taco)
1 head lettuce
6 Roma tomatoes, diced
1 chopped onion
1 can black olives, sliced
Preparation

Mix cream cheese and sour cream in bowl.
Put refried beans in small bowl.
Mix well.
In 9 x 13 pan, layer meat, beans over meat, sour cream mixture, chopped (small) lettuce, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese and sliced olives.
Put in refrigerator until ready to eat.
Serve with taco chips or nachos.
