Creamy Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

1 1/4 c. mashed pumpkin
1/3 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. canned milk
2 large eggs
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/3 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
8-inch deep pie crust
Preparation

Beat all together with eggbeater until blended and creamy; pour into pastry lined pie pan.
Bake just until a silver knife inserted into side of filling comes out clean.
For a lighter color and milder flavor, omit cloves.

Time: Bake 45 to 55 minutes.
