Creamy Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) graham cracker crumb crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. ReaLemon concentrate
yellow food coloring
2 c. whipped topping or whipped cream
Preparation

In medium bowl, beat eggs.
Blend in Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice and food coloring.
Pour into pie shell.
Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
Garnish as desired.
Refrigerate.
