Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can salmon, drained and flaked
    2 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. milk
    1 slightly beaten egg
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Combine milk and egg. Add to salmon mixture. Mix well. Shape into loaf and put into pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
