Frosted Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cauliflower
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    8 oz. jar Cheese Whiz
Preparation
    Boil whole head of cauliflower for about 20 minutes, or until tender.
    Do not overcook.
    Take it out of the water and drain it well.
    Using two forks to handle it works best.
    Place the cauliflower on the center of the serving plate with the stem side down.
    If it does not sit straight, you may have to cut the stem some.
    Mix mayonnaise and mustard in a cup, and \"frost\" the cauliflower with the mixture.
    Remove the lid from a jar of cheese whiz and microwave it until it is hot.
    Pour the cheese whiz over the cauliflower.
    Sprinkle top with creole, and Voile!
    Serve while hot.
