Cranberry-Apple Waldorf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes Knox unflavored gelatine
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. boiling water
    3 1/2 c. cranberry juice cocktail
    1 c. chopped apple
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    In large bowl, mix unflavored gelatine with sugar.
    Add boiling water and stir until gelatine is completely dissolved, about 5 minutes.
    Stir in cranberry juice.
    Chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture is consistency of unbeaten egg whites, about 45 minutes.
    Fold in remaining ingredients.
