Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. cold, cut up chicken
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2/3 c. finely chopped, toasted almonds
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1 small jar pimento, drained
1 c. cheese, grated
2 c. chopped celery
4 hard-boiled eggs
3/4 c. cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion
1 1/2 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Place in a large rectangle dish.
Top with cheese, chips and almonds. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
