Tortellini Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 1/2 oz. spinach tortellini
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 egg
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 to 1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. tarragon flakes
10 oz. fresh spinach, bite size
8 oz. thinly sliced ham
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 to 2 cloves garlic
Preparation

Cook tortellini; drain and add spinach, cheese and ham.
Toss with dressing.
