Potato, Ham And Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in large chunks
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of black pepper
    3 c. tender, smoked ham, diced
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. chopped pimiento (optional)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Combine ham, potatoes, margarine, salt, pepper and milk, in a large saucepan, with just enough water to cover ham and potatoes.
    Cook until potatoes are done.
    Add flour and water to thicken.
    Add 1 cup of cheese and pimiento; stir until well-mixed.
