Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. onion, minced
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms or (18 oz.) can sliced
    1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in margarine over medium heat until soft.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms. Cook 5 minutes.
    Add soup and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream.
    Heat thoroughly.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serve with noodles.
