Light Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 pt. lukewarm water
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. flour (may take more)
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water.
    Mix with other ingredients.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Push down.
    Let rise again.
    Push down.
    Make into rolls and put into pan.
    Let rise.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done.
    Handle dough easy and lightly or rolls will be tough.
