Too Easy Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 peaches, peeled, or canned
    5 slices white bread
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 egg
    1 stick butter or oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place fruit in a buttered 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
    Cut crusts from bread slices and cut each slice into 5 fingers.
    Place the bread fingers over peaches.
    In a bowl, mix sugar, flour, egg and butter.
    Bake for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serves 4 to 6.
