Good Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 red hot pepper
    4 green peppers
    8 apples
    8 green tomatoes
    4 red peppers
    8 onions
    4 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. sugar
    2 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Grind or chop all vegetables together.
    Put on salt; stir and set aside for 5 minutes.
    Drain off excess water.
    Add sugar, vinegar and water.
    Put in hot jars and seal.
