Stuffed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tomatoes (one per person)
    2 cans tuna fish
    2 boiled eggs, chopped
    2 green onions, chopped
    mayonnaise
    lettuce
    crackers
Preparation
    Cut tomatoes into fourths, about two-thirds of the way down. Put a leaf of lettuce on a plate and place tomato on top.
    Set aside.
    Mix tuna (drained) and mayonnaise together.
    Add eggs and onions.
    Carefully fill tomatoes with tuna salad.
    Serve with crackers.
    Great for the summer.
