Ingredients

1 angel food cake
1 can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
1 can sliced peaches, pears or fruit cocktail (in own juice, no sugar added)
1 large pkg. sugar-fee vanilla pudding made with skim milk
1 (9 oz.) lite Cool Whip
Preparation

Break up cake into egg size pieces in large serving bowl.
Add fruit and juice, then prepare pudding mix made with only 2 cups milk (rather than 3).
Mix lightly.
Arrange a small amount of fruit on top.
Top with Cool Whip.
This is good with fresh strawberries.
