Puffy Baked German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour, sifted
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs or 2 eggs plus egg substitute to make up difference)
    1 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. butter, cut in bits
    powdered sugar (for garnish)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Heat two 9-inch cast-iron skillets or heavy cake pans. (You need sturdy pans that can hold and conduct heat.)
