Pancit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 c. boiled chicken, save the broth
    1 c. cabbage, shredded
    1 c. carrots, sliced in narrow strips
    2 segments fresh garlic
    1 medium size onion, sliced
    1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 pkg. rice noodles
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Fry the garlic and onion. Add the chicken, carrots and the cabbage. Set aside. Boil the chicken broth then add the rice noodles until it is cooked. Then add the vegetable mixture and stir until almost dry. Arrange on a platter and serve.
