Banana Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium bananas
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. dark rum
    2 c. chilled whipped cream
Preparation
    Place bananas in baking dish.
    Roast 15 minutes.
    Cool. Process bananas, sugar and rum.
    Puree.
    Add cream.
    Process until fluffy (approximately 2 minutes).
    Can be made up to 4 hours ahead.
    Cover.
    Chill.
