Bar Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (1 lb.) pkg. pimento cheese spread
3 Tbsp. horseradish
9 Tbsp. mayonnaise
6 shakes Tabasco sauce
chopped chives to taste
Preparation

Melt cheese in top of double boiler over boiling water. Combine the horseradish, mayonnaise, Tabasco sauce and chopped chives.
Stir into melted cheese.
Pour into jar.
Cool.
Cover and let stand in refrigerator 24 hours.
Makes a generous pound of cheese spread.
